Overcoming Offense

Today's Reading: Ephesians 4:26-27, Matthew 18:21-35
Devotional: Offense can be a major barrier to faith and spiritual growth. Like a trap, it can hold us captive and prevent us from moving forward in our relationship with God and others. Today's readings remind us of the importance of addressing anger quickly and extending forgiveness liberally. Reflect on any areas of your life where you might be harboring offense. How might this be hindering your faith journey?
Remember, refusing to take offense is a sign of spiritual maturity. Ask God to help you release any bitterness or resentment, replacing it with His love and grace. By doing so, you'll clear the path for your faith to grow and flourish.
